The Constant Gardener “Rubbish!” — Pilch [More reviews by this user] Anticipation Level: How excited (or not) I am to see this movie... Nothing Entered Yet! Movie Review: My thoughts on this movie... This film was rubbish. The main Character goes on a journey of discovery; trying to find answers, his wife dead. All he has is tidbits here and there to go on, but in the end theres more questions than answers. And in the end [SPOILER] The main character, marvellously played by Ralph Fiennes supposedly gets shot in the back no less than 8 times;apparently. [/SPOILER] The camera view is from a first person perspective. Also,[SPOILER] When his wife dies, which you find out at the beggining practically, you follow the land rover as it falls over, into a sideways position, peculiar but it adds to good effect.
