Bewitched “MOVIE IDEA SUCKS!” — monbois [More reviews by this user] Anticipation Level: How excited (or not) I am to see this movie... I just read about the premise for the movie version of "Bewitched" on HarpiesBizarre.com (http://www.harpiesbizarr e.com/index.html#) and I absolutely HATE IT! It seems to me the movie-making team is just trying to be clever with their "let's do something different" pretentious Hollywood ... caca! Everyone loved the show so make a movie out of the TV SHOW! DUH! And I can't stand gooey screenwriter Nora Ephron, anyway. ("Sleepless in Seattle" was one of the STUPIDEST movies I ever saw.) She's not funny and she's not witty - she's dumb. They'd have gotten more bang for their buck by hiring the Farrelly Brothers to write the script. (Or even the Wachowski Brothers!) Their idea is ridiculous and the movie's going to be a huge disappointment to the millions of "Bewitched" fans who've been waiting years for a movie version of the classic show.
