I think we'd all like to see a more serious take on GL, but judging from the casting, it look more like they're going for the Fantastic Four approach, which wasn't that interesting to me.
I wasn't a big follower when I was a kid, but it could be really good, if they picked a good story line. I'm trying to think if the earlier story lines like Justice League would be more interesting, or the later Lantern Corps. Or maybe pull Jade into the story at some point.
