Not really news this, but I almost fell out of my chair when I saw this pic.
Didn't really dawn on me until now that he had to have long hair. (Yeah, I know I'm slow.)
It just looks kind of wierd... for now. :P

Hey...I'm usually on the X-Men 2 thread...thought I'd pop in and say "Hey!"

You're just used to seeing Hugh with short hair. In most of his movies, the length of his hair wasn't as issue. As Wolvie, his is longer (as DA said), but it's longer in the opposite direction.

The long hair fits this character, it's cool

Ya he looks really goofy in that pic, but when you see him in the movie with the outfit hes going to look awesome, and all the ladies are going to be like "Oh my god Hugh looked so hot in that movie." (In giddy little girl vioce)

I saw Hugh with the long hair at the Live Global Web chat (for X2). And it didn't look that bad actually.
But it's true: When the costume comes on, and we see it that way it's supposed to be, it's gonna rock!

Since it's been long for all his X2 promo-talk show appearances, I'm used to the longer hair now. Did you see him on David Letterman ~ when an extension came out? Letterman was a little freaked, I thought it was funny. You do realize that now that we are used to the longer length, the extensions will be removed, and we'll have to get used to the "Peter Allen" look..

OMG ~ X2 was awesome! 'going to see it for the 3rd time on Monday, after my daughter gets out of school.

You'll like to Letterman spot, kind of short, but still good.

The Peter Allen thing ~ Hugh's set to do the Boy From Oz (Peter Allen's life story) this Fall on Broadway at the Imperial Theater in NYC. Where I live in New Jersey is only 30 or so minutes from there...(I'm feelin' a twitch to head East... ). Those hair extension will have to be removed for that one. Allen's hair was about the same lemgth as Hugh normally wears his, so it shouldn't be too drastic for us to get used to. Oh, who cares? 'Just so we get to look at his Hughness...

Hehe, just saw the Letterman show... wow, that took a friggin long time to be aired over here. Not good. Anyways, it was funny. Letterman looked totally freaked out by the extensions. What a wimp. And that eye-thingy Hugh did, scary! Hmmm, he could use that if he was ever going to play a psycho killer or sumtin like that... no...

Well, he's doing "The Boy From OZ" now on broadway, so the long hair is gone...
I've seen an official pictures of him from the movie and it looks great! Can't wait to see it.

I don't think it's so bad....apparently, Cosmo had a problem with it in the Sept. '03 issue. They also called Royston of Spacehog ugly.
