I can't wait to see this movie, and it's about time too.
BTW this is the only successful POW rescue mission in US Military history.
I sure hope someone makes a movie about the daring Son Tay Rescue mission, which occured on Nov. 21 1970, 23 miles from Hanoi North Vietnam. Though there were no POWs at the camp every raider and participant got out alive and safely, while inflicting hundreds of casualties on North Vietnamese, Chinese and Russian soldiers, and in the end helped improved the conditions of the mistreated POW's, who were eventually repatriated 3 years later. Sort of like a successful failure if you look at it.
yeah..alot of movies like this dont make alot and i would say a studio like miramax would know that...so they made it for the love of it...or maybe it has a realy small budget or somthing and if it makes a million profit they will be happy
