October 21, 2002 — Sela Ward from TV's Once and Again will co-star with Dennis Quaid and Jake Gyllenhaal in Day After Tomorrow. Penned by director-writer Roland Emmerich, shooting on the project begins mid-November in Montreal.
Ward plays the wife of Quaid, who is a climatologist trying to save the world from abrupt global warming and rescue his young son in New York, which is in the grip of a new Ice Age.
The film is budgeted between $100-$125 million. |
