Killing off the character would be kind of awkward since it technically already happened in the Mummy Returns. I guess they could have just kept her dead then! Anyway, I guess that would be better than recasting. I hate recasting, especially when it's an actor/actress you've grown to love. This makes me wonder how they're going to edit the script, though since I heard she was in it originally.
