Elektra “Movie vs. Comic Book” — Drifterchick482 [More reviews by this user] Anticipation Level: How excited (or not) I am to see this movie... If there's one movie that I'm looking foreward to seeing this year, it's Elektra. Why? Because after I saw Daredevil, I fell in love with the character Elektra and I immediately began to look for the comic book series. I've read just about all of them now and I must say, the comic book series is incredible. The only thing is, can the movie match up to the comic book series? It's a question that has been weighing on my mind for a while now and I can only pray that the writers, producers, directors etc know what the heck they're doing and they had better do a good job or the movie will be a disappointment to fans. After seeing the trailer though, the movie seems to have promise. I think they all had the right idea, but did they have the heart that's needed? After I see the movie, I'll let you know.
