Hey, im a fan of Spiderman and enjoyed both movies, but theres a few things that puzzle me, if anyone can give me insight, I'd much appreciate it

1) Ok, why does Spiderman not have his webslingers, i heard a rumor that they didnt want him to have something not even NASA could create, but its my understanding that THE spiderman is in an alternate reality where technology is more advanced, based on comics/cartoons.
If they wanted it to be more "real" then how is there technology that allows Green Goblin to use the glider or a bomb that cant melt a person basically, or give Doc Oc his 4 arms :S.

2) Why does Spiderman loose his powers when it all gets "to much for him", the whole Spiderman story is based on the fact that he can not give up his powers and responsibility as a super hero no matter what etc, he may decide he doesnt want to be Spiderman, but his powers should still have remained due to it being part of him genetically as seen in Movie 1.

3) This isnt a question, more of an opinion, but to many people found out Spidermans identity, anyone agree?

Thank You
