October 8, 2002 — With pre-production well underway, and full production due to start in March. It looks like Red Dwarf the Movie is finally going to get off the ground. RedDwarf.co.uk have posted an interview with the films producer, Charles Armitage.
"We are in pre-pre-production already," he confirmed, "with actual pre-production set to begin in November." Pre-production will see the offices of Shepperton Studios filled with designers and artists as sets, storyboards and costumes are put-together in readiness for the shoot. "Full production will begin at the start of March."
