There is no exact date, but it is released sometime in November 2003.

Here's the complete release list:
Series III - November 2003
Series IV - February 2004
Series V - November 2004
Series VI - February 2005
Series VII - November 2005
Series VIII - February 2006

LOL sorry but that isn't actually the completed list of extras. There's MORE to add .

There is a "Building a Better Universe" documentary tribute to the late Mel Bibby. There is also going to be a trailer and a collector's booklet.

Also note that the "Making of..." documentary is called "All Change".
