January 14, 2005 — I came across this old article about "Triple H"'s interview on the Howard Stern Show. Here's a clip:
Stern asked Triple H about Wesley Snipes publicized behavior on the set of Blade 3. I dont know if hes insane, hes fine with me, hes very nice to me, but he wasnt nice! to many people on the set. He didnt talk to his co-stars at all. I saw him threaten the director several times. OH~! Triple H said Snipes was in character as Blade on the set, but "he wasnt blade with me. I saw him get into it a number of times with the director, I was on set, I was trying to take it in (the filmmaking experience) and get to know the business." Triple H then suggested Snipes had "complaints about creative" in the movie. I guess Hollywood is a lot like the wrestling business after all. Triple H also said Snipes worked stiff with several stuntmen. "I hate a guy who takes liberties with other people, I saw him really knocking the hell out of stunt guys. He (Snipes) got me with a kick one time and he apologized like 10 times." Triple H threw in he was 6'4 and maybe that's why Snipes didn't mess with him. "I saw stunt guys bleeding, and I didn't see him apologize, again I'm just reporting what I see." Stern talked about Snipes being a "karate guy." Triple H replied "Karate is a bunch of motions, have you ever seen anyone in a street fight use it?? While you're swinging your arms around and I could pull your eyes out."
