If they ever made a Blade 4, something major has to happen in order to resolve the series maybe one/all if these: 1. Blade has to die 2. All the vampires have to be destroyed. 3. The Vampires finally take over the whole world 4. They should try to get Guillermo Del Toro to direct the next BLADE, because he did a great job in BLADE 2.
