They may do another Blade but Snipes won't be back. In a Wizard Magazine interview with Wesley Snipes he said that "Trinity" is his last Blade.

Just today I was watching the TV guide chanel and the reporter said "Snipes will be back for another Blade if the fans want more."

Yes, they need to bring back Wesley Snipes for one more and final BLADE movie. Why? Because BLADE:Trinity didn't solve the vampire problem.

they dont need to bring back snipes they could do blade 4 as a prequil to the stories, How wesler found Blade and trained him to fight vampires. I mean trinity found a weapon against vampires theres nothing more for blade to do but to infect all the vampires with that virus. We he will proberlly do in to minutes globally, However a blade 4 featuring the Origin of Blade now that is intreging dont you think, Hey they could use Morbius as they have the rights to him.
