According to the Hollywood North Report, Warner Bros. Production President Jeff Robinov says a new Conan live action feature film is in the works and that the studio "is committed to producing the film within the next year."

Warners, having revived franchises with Batman Begins and the upcoming Superman Returns, intends to produce Conan with a big budget.

According to sources, Robinov is going back to the original Robert E. Howard stories for inspiration.
