you can not make this film without arnold! so what if he is govener of california he will do it and he will get the muscle by his self he needs no computer generated graphics, he will be insulted by that i know i am. if arnold turns down this film then i say dont do it. you will lose money if arnold doesnt do it and you decide to make it any way!!!!
