I was watching the DVD (for some reason its already been released in my contry..genuin) and I noticed at the end, when Paris went back to get his father, before he left he asked the boy what his name was. the boy replied "aeneas" (i put sibtitles on to work out how to spell it) then paris says "lead these people down the tunnel and take this, aslong as it is in the hands of a Troyan, troy will live on".
By paris asking the boy his name..and the tone he said it..it is obvious that this is some historic significance. whats the story of the kid and whats the story of the sword..is it a mith too?
Aeneas is the dude who escaped Troy and is said to have founded Rome with that sword. There's a book called the Aeneid that explains that whole story... I suggest you read it!

Aeneas and his followers started the Roman culture but they did not found Rome. Romulus and Remus founded the city known as Rome.
