November 4, 2002 — The Hollywood Reporter reports that Winchester Films has paid low-six figures for the pitch "The Forgotten," to be written by first-time scribe Daniel Seligmann. "Forgotten's" plot line is being kept under wraps, but it is described as a supernatural thriller in the vein of "Memento" and "The Sixth Sense."
