Mission Impossible was great, M I 2 was a
major disappointment.
Brian De Palmas MI was complex and unpredictable. John woo's was way too
predictable and the suprise " face mask" was way too over used. It cropped up 4 times in the film that it no longer has the effect that occured in the first film.
The last "face mask" scene in MI 2 when the bad guy shoots one of his own men
with a Ethan Hunt mask on was so so predictable, I saw it coming a mile off!
The balletic car chase was laughable, give me Sean Connery as James Bond in Gold Finger any day!
I hope M I 3 is more akin to the first subtle and more intelligent MI
than with the bog standard predictable
disappointing film that was M I 2.
