I wish you people would just understand me and quit teasing me. I might be a lousy poster (which its the 3rd time that I said it) but I'm a truly cool guy and you wouldn't hate me either. I have really good friends and they don't care if I love Star Trek or not but they still like me anyways. Most of my friends don't really care much about Star Trek at all.

You do realize aliens in those shows are not a good example when it comes to what to expect. If there are real aliens, the chances of them having a humanoid shape or the ability to morph into a humanoid being is slim to none.

There is a good chance we may not recognize an alien life form as life at all, in terms of what we consider life. Which is why I don't believe in alien encounters as they the witnesses always describe them as humanoid, bipedal with two arms and hands with fingers, and a recognizable head with two eyes and a mouth, occassionally with nostrils. Thats just not likley in any form of logic.
