Wow, I just found out a little while ago that Roy Jones Jr. got knocked out by Antonio Tarver in the second round of their fight tonight! Anybody who follows boxing should be shocked by this! I wonder what happened? Jones has been, pound-for-pound, the best in the world for years. But now? Has he gotten too old? Did his huge ego finally cost him? Or is Tarver simply destined to be the next big thing? It's just unbelievable. But even more unbelievable to me is that after being knocked out by a light-heavyweight, Jones actually stated that he wants to move back up to heavyweight and possibly fight Mike Tyson or Vitali Klitschko! Now I think Jones has a fair chance to beat Tyson. Jones is a much better boxer than Tyson, but if Tyson managed to get in one decent shot with his massive power, Roy would probably go down for good, so I give Roy a 50/50 chance to beat Tyson. But seriously --- Vitali Klitschko?!?! Klitschko would murder Jones within the first round! Klitschko is a good boxer, and although Roy Jones is slightly more skilled than him, it wouldn't make a difference since Klitschko is so much bigger and stronger than him.
