Looking forward to many more viewings in the theater, then the DVD, then the extended DVD. Movie Review: My thoughts on this movie... More deviations from the book, but they worked well. Loved the story. Performances were excellent, especially Merry, Pippin, and the Ents, especially Treebeard. This movie, just as Fellowship, was incredibly moving. Worth the 35+ year wait since I first read the books. No one could have pulled it off the way Peter Jackson did. The man is a genius! Highly recommend it.
