ScreenwritersUtopia posted a script review for "Duplex." It seems kind of mixed

DUPLEX has been described on-line and in the trades as the story of a young couple who find their dream house. When the old lady who owns it wont sell, they kill her. Sounds great.

But thats not the story.

DUPLEX is actually one of those neighbor-from-hell scripts. Where an extremely annoying person does extremely annoying things that drives someone bonkers -- and sometimes even to murder...

DUPLEX is not perfect. Far from it. In fact, its a missed opportunity.
