Al Pacino has played more of a bad guy in many movies and has a loud character. On the other hand, Robin Williams portrays a sweet, funny person with 165% character (Mrs. Doubtfire, Death To Smoochy for instance). However, with this combination, Insomnia is definately going to be cool. The director, Christopher Nolan, made it big with "Memento" which was an interesting movie. I'm looking forward to it. BUT PACINO??????? COME ON! It's not even a contest...Pacino is one of the best of all time. I think this movie may be a stretch for Williams but I am also excited to see if he is up to the challenge. I know that he has been taking on more challenging roles recently (Death to Smoochy...definitely didn't expect that one).
