October 23, 2009 — During the 2009 Angel Ball for cancer research in NYC, Patricia Field spoke to 'People' about the upcoming 'SATC' sequel and hinted about what we're going to see in the movie.

About 'Sex and the City' itself, Patricia Field said 'It's Star Wars for women all over the world.' she adds that there will be an 80s flashback, 'It was in the beginning of the movie, Carrie was waiting to meet her girlfriends and she was thinking about when she first moved to New York in the 80s and she met Samantha and Charlotte. They're all, in real time, meeting to go shopping. And in her flashback time, she is thinking of when she first met each one of them.'

In addition to the flashbacks, there will be guest appearances by various celebrities and maybe a few belly dancers and Bedouins. Production is set to start filming in Morocco for about six weeks.
