Where was Barricade in Revenge of the Fallen?

I'm not sure if this has been asked, but after watching RotF again earlier today and noticing they brought the ''dead'' Bonecrusher back in the dessert battle, but there was no mention of Barricade...and as I recall he wasn't in the final battle in the first movie leaving him to be considered alive...

Any ideas?

I thought the same thing actually. He was on the highway leading up to the battle in the first movie but never made it. I guess seeing Bonecrusher getting his ass stomped by Optimus persuaded him to sit that one out, and in 2 he was completely absent.

I think there were some comics that tied the two films together and it shows Optimus killing Barricade.

No argument on THAT, but they really should have kept all pertinent information in one storyline.

Hopping from medium to medium just isn't a fair way to tell the story, PARTICULARLY when many people don't know about it.
