I think they actually have it set to make an awesome 3rd movie. The humans want the autobots' weapons technology. So, this time around humans now have advanced space travel technology. They leave Earth with the autobots to hunt down the decepticons. This limits the number of humans, increases the robots and removes Earth as a backgound.

It could be interesting. What other ideas do you have?

I'd love to see Unicron but I'm afraid of how he'd turn out. I could be very pleasantly surprised but seeing how they butchered Devastator, I think they'd have to do combiners properly or introduce the base-sized bots (Metroplex, Tripticon, Fortress Maximus, etc) to be able to really convey the scale change.

That being said, I do want to see Unicron, but I don't know if they should put him in just yet. The Fallen is normally one of his minions, so if he had mentioned Unicron, or his master, then it would have worked fine; but I think something of this magnitude needs to atleast be teased in a previous entry.

I also think Unicron might not turn out very well, but I would like to see him. Maybe he follows Optimus' transmission. Of course the arguement of why would the Decepticons still need to be on Earth would be a vaild point now so maybe they work with Unicron to destroy Earth and the autobots in exchange for energon to allow their "hatchlings" to survive.

The 'deal with the devil' scenario. Unicron gets Earth in exchange for an unlimited supply of energon for the Decepticons. Works for me. They might even be able to work the whole Megatron/Galvatron transformation into this if they spread it across two films.

I would love to see unicron too but my fear would be is that they do the same-thing to unicron that Fox did to galactus. How do you make a planet sized robot seem realistic without messing it up?

Honestly if they just made him like the cartoon movie they would be fine. Even a "death star" design would work. I mean he's essentially a space station that can become a robot. I can see it now, Optimus Prime staring into space and saying "That's no moon, It's Unicorn!!"

Then at the end our moon is destroyed but Unicron's head becomes Earth's new moon. Which in turn becomes the decepticons new base.

Knowing Bay he'd use the Unicron from Energon (i think) who turned into a bloody tank

Gestalts fighting Gestalts would be good; bring in the Aerialbots. Dinobots of course as we've been waiting ages for them. And I think Emi said it best that cos TFs have been on earth throughout history, stretching it back to prehistoric will work. They also need to start showing more of Cybertron, which can then introduce Shockwave.

I'd love to see the Aerialbots. That would open up the chance for a great mid air battle between them and the Decepticon jets (Starscream, Thundercracker, and the rest, yes even the conehead ones lol) before having them drop down and merge to fight another gestalt.

Not sure, but I can guarantee how the story will go

Opening scene: sh*t blows up, hot chick(s)

The middle scenes: more sh*t getting blow up by giant f*cking robots, hot chick(s), annoying Jar Jar like characters, no clear plot

End scene: bigger explosions, characters mysteriously disappear, humans play key role in saving the day, plot holes at this point could fit Devastator and fifty of his closest buddies in them

Characters: pick names out of hat to determine who gets blown up, who is badass, who is annoying, and who randomly disappears

Note to Bay: steal ideas from movies comingout at same time

which is complete garbage.. i bought the thing, thinking it would be better than the original Superion that i have, NOPE far from it, other than Silverbolt, there are only 2 model jets which are cloned and colored different to make the feet, i mean come on how lazy do you need to be?

the combining is also crap because your gonna lose pieces trying to snap the limbs on, i put it together and put him on the mantel, it's junk and now i am gonna head to the basement and get my original Aerialbots, where each plane it's own robot... Makes me not want to buy Bruticus now either, but since i never had a Bruticus i will still get him, those 2 are only sold at Target

I also think the dinobots could be done in a cool way. If they were here while dinosaurs roamed the Earth scouting the planet for the primes. They would transform into dinosaurs to keep the real dinosaurs from gettting spooked and getting in their way.

Then the asteroid hits that wipes out the dinosaurs and the EMP blast associated with that powerful of explosion shuts them down. They are burried and found in the present by a group of archeaologists.

When reactivated by Ratchet they are found to be "stupid" due to the prolonged shut down and EMP damage.

So they see no need to change their alt-modes from dinosaurs and they cause a lot of damage as the autobots try to round them up which could lead to Megatron tricking them (like in the cartroon) into attacking Optimus Prime and the autobots.

A stretch I realize, but a way to make the dinobots fit into the story and be quasi-realistic.
