Saw this the other day. They are truly out of ideas, and it's likely that this will be the last one.
It was a series of gags tacked together with no real story or plot, and wasn't cohesive enough to focus on one character or pair of characters.
While it wasn't a long film, it felt long to me. My daughter enjoyed it, but there was very few memorable parts.
Best character = Simon Pegg as Buck (at least he had a story)
Best Sequence: Pterodactyl flying combat sequence
Animation was pretty good, but I give it:

Enjoy it while you can I don't think it will be around long.
