SUBMITTED BY Fred Hill January 10, 2002 — Well it looks like Ms. Halle Berry has made a good move in choosing her role in Monster's Ball. Thanks Squirk for the news. A breakthrough for Berry It's a Hollywood truism: The beautiful people aren't usually the best actors. Call it the curse of Halle Berry. But that's about to change. In Monster's Ball, set for wide release in February, Ms. Berry is blowing away audiences as a single mom whose husband has been been executed. She's already been named best actress by the National Board of Review, and an Oscar nod beckons.
