In Saw IV how in the hell Jigsaw was a corpse with the tape in his stomach, and then at the end he just died as it was ending as it was being spliced with part 3?

It was a flashback to part 3.

Obviously, everything is one huge tie-in, and there were quite a few cliffhangers at the end of the third film, one of which is WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO THAT DUDE'S DAUGHTER???!!!

The flashback was just to show people that the timeline for the 4th film wasn't what most people thought it was, and I imagine in this fifth film, we're going to see everything (if not, quite a few things) come together.

the 4th one was like a regular sequel with prequel flashbacks haha... i dont know how to explain it

The events of Saw III and IV were happening simultaneously. Think of the two films as being one big film. When we see Hoffman with Jigsaw's corpse that is some time after the events of III/IV but we do not know how long exactly.

The dude's daughter should (I think I remember reading something that proved it) be in Saw V.

P.S. These movies are awesome. I wasn't too thrilled with part III, but I loved IV. Hopefully this one should also be pretty good. Also, these films get a bad rep because of crap like Hostel. . .

I never saw Hostel (or Turistas), but I did see Hostel on one of those film documentaries as one of the scariest movies of all time. I still want to see it. I've heard that if you're squeamish, you should stay away from it.
