This Christmas “Pointless Holiday Film” — pimpjoe_esb [More reviews by this user] Anticipation Level: How excited (or not) I am to see this movie... 'This Christmas' was supposed to show you the true meaning of family and Christmas, but it didn't show me anything. The film had not point to me. The acting was good, I guess. But other than that why make films like this. The film was boring. It felt like I was watching it for eternity. It doesn't compare to 'The Family Stone' which really had a point, and it had a message. I guess it was just meant to attract African-American audiences, but I doubt it. I took my black friend to see it, and she hated it. Don't waste your money with films like these. Rent it on DVD. Thrust me, you'll thank me. Was this review any good?
