What's it about? While shutting down a nuclear reactor in meltdown, Russian nuclear facility technician Timofey has an accident and gets exposed to a lethal dose of radiation, he and his wife Miranda travel to Moscow in search of work. After discovering that his family will not recieve his pension when he dies, to provide for his family he steals some plutonium and sets out to sell it on Moscow's black market and finds himself involved with the city's low-level incompetent mobsters.
