I just found this on the X-Men Films site:
Would X-MEN: THE LAST STAND actress Ellen Page (Kitty Pryde) be interested in returning to the mutant franchise? "I think Kitty Pryde's rad, so who knows what will happen." said Page when speaking to MTV News. "I have no idea, though. I'm not saying that as internet innuendo," she laughed. "There's truly nothing happening."

I found that here:
http://xmenfilms.net/blog
1/?p=2381

Also, I found out a bit more on Lauren Shuler Donner's stance on "X-Men 4"... and it might just lead to a fifth film, too!?!

Here, read this:

Recently, while promoting the release of the X-Men Origins: Wolverine Blu-Ray DVD, Shuler said that she did not know what the next X-Men project for Fox would be:

"I think there are some wonderful storylines I'd like to pursue in X-Men 4 and 5, but who knows? Obviously, Fox is my partner, so we're in discussions about what will be next."

I found this here:
http://www.comicbookmovie
.com/x-men_movies/x-men_f
irst_class/news/?a=10134

I knew about Mrs. Shuler Donner wanting to do an "X-Men 4", but this was the first I heard of an "X-Men 5 ", too.

Emi, where are you when I need you?

Let me know what you guys think!

They're trying to get things together quickly to prevent losing the rights to Disney. As long as projects are considered "moving" the rights stay at Fox. The problem with this is that we'll continue to get crap that's simply rushed out for money not worrying about fans in any way at all.

I can tell you that challenges regarding the rights are going to be announced soon. Disney is pushing very hard to reacquire ALL characters that are currently on loan to other studios. At minimum, Disney wants to be partners and have input on production.

Herbie Reloaded (or whatever it was) - Lindsey Lohan and Justin Long, nuff said, I think.

The Roseanne voiced cow animated movie - I hope they fired whoever's idea it was to make this their last fully hand-drawn animated feature.

The Shaggy Dog - The Tim Allen version. Yeah, I loved Galaxyquest too, but he shouldn't be in everything.

Anything with Jonathan Taylor Thomas

Any Aladdin movie after 2, and even that was pushing it

Not arguing or anything, I actually agree that a little Disney quality control over FOX would be a blessing for the franchise. Just saying, Disney is far from infallible.

Disney recently announced a new partnership with Guillermo Del Toro to produce spooky/scary animated films. It's to be called Disney Double Dare You...

They see a commercial opportunity, obviously.

I actually thought the third Aladdin was the best of the three. Not joking. I loved it better than the original.

I think this is going to eventually turn into a ridiculous franchise similar to the Godzilla movies and many of the horror genres that have gone the way of the dodo simply because they cranked them out for no other reason than to make money.

Look at what happened to Freddy Kreuger. He went from a REALLY scary bastard in the first three films to comic relief by the fourth. By the time Freddy was "dead," he had degenerated to a video-game-playing, joke-making, slapstick king. I'm hoping the new movie can turn him back into what he's supposed to be.

With what FOX is doing to the X-Men and Spider-Man films, they're going to pump out garbage until the fans can't take it any more, and no one will want to see an X/Spider-Man on film for at least 20 years.
