HOLY FLERKING SCHMIDT!!!
"X-Men 4" IS looking likely, after all!!
I just found this out from here:
http://www.worstpreviews. com/headline.php?id=15141 &count=0
Here's what it said:
During a press junket for the "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" DVD/Blu-ray release, producer Lauren Shuler Donner spoke about some of the upcoming X-Men projects in the works.
We already know of the "Wolverine" sequel, a "Deadpool" spin-off movie, a possible "X-Men Origins: Magneto" and "X-Men: First Class," which is about a young Scott, Jean, and Beast during their first year at Xavier's school for mutants.
Apparently, there's another film being considered... "X-Men 4." Donner said that she has been working on the details, but has yet to pitch the idea to the studio. But if this actually happens, would Bryan Singer (X-Men, X2, Superman Returns) consider returning?
Back in April, Donner said that she would like to see Singer take on another X-Men film. "Nothing would please me more than to bring Bryan on for another movie," she stated. And then in June, Ratner commented on this, saying: "Of course, I would love to return to that universe."

No, absolutely NO Jackman. I'm sorry but he's had his own 4 possibly soon to be 5 X-men movies that revolved around him. Enough. Wolverine was NEVER the leader of the X-men and should not be portrayed as one. Completely reboot it, new cast, new X-Men team, new villains, EVERYTHING.
he has led the team numerous times in various incarnations, besides hes leading the X-Men in Wolverine and the X-Men, hes a great actor for the role of Wolverine and should remain so, fans have come to put Hugh Jackman and Wolverine together for quite some time, keep it this way Corporal of the Canadian Forces

Since the movies came out yes he has, but Wolverine was originally used as a loose cannon. Someone on the team but just barely. He could go off at the drop of a hat. Unpredictable. Never in the comics before X1 that I recall, has he been portrayed as the character he was in X3. Jackman is EXTREMELY overrated as an actor, and was EXTREMELY over used in all three X-men movies. Not nearly enough attention was given to the other members of the team.

Jackman did to wolverine what thomas jane did for the punisher, he bacame the actual Character! Thats how awesome he was. Sure i don't like all of his movies but he is a damn good actor, not overated one bit. As far as a there being part 4 i would love it except for the whole Disney now owning marvel crap. Im sorry guys but im telling you right now just like i said when the news first broke disney is going to kill Marvel plain and simple just watch and see.
i think Disney would not dream of killing Marvel off, i think Disney will improve the quality of films coming fro Marvel
as well, the end of X3 showed that Magneto was getting his power back leading me to believe that the "cure" is only temporary
Considering how disney will only allow so much in there movies and are more worried about being politically correct than anything else, don't count on it.
That makes absolutely no sense. Why would Disney spend 4 billion dollars, not million, BILLION, just to kill it off?? Comic book movies are a major cash cow right now. Disney knows this and is banking on it. At the end of the day they are just business men in suits trying to make a good investment. Just because they are mostly known for animated movies doesn't mean they are stupid enough not to see a good thing. And we're talking about a comic book company! It's origins were geared towards children just as Disney was/is.
I guess what im getting at here is that the more adult comics that marvel put out we are not going to see made into movies not without them being completly screwed up. And i don't know how that does not make sense to you. Disney is all about being politically correct this is a known fact, if you do the reading, all i can say is i agree to disagree with you on this one. Whats in the box? Whats in the box!!? Am I wrong or doesn't Disney own Dimension films?
Some movies made by Dimension:
Bad Santa
The Crow
Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back
Don't seem to worried about image there......
