It's that kind of irony which will never die. No one (especially the press) will ever care enough about little boys getting raped unless the rapist happens to be Michael Jackson. So the women in everyone's minds will always be seen as the damsels in distress stereotype and they'll all sympathize them enough to the point that they'd show up to a little girl's funeral, even if there was no relation between them. It's nice of people to do that, but why don't they do that to other unfortunate victims?
