What's it about? The history of Erik Lensherr, who will someday become the villainous metal-manipulating Magneto, and his relationship with a young telepathic Charles Xavier, a soldier in the Allied Forces who helps liberate Nazi concentration camps. He meets Magneto after the war, finding a bond with their mutant powers, but their moral differences drive them apart. After Lensherr sees his family slaughtered in a concentration camp, his powers awaken, and seeks revenge.
