Legion was a guy in the Bible that was posessed by an evil spirit. Jesus cast the spirit out if him and into some nearby pigs who subsequently ran over the edge of a cliff and died!

As for Balial, that is sometimes another name for satan but also soemtimes known as the name for the demon of wickedness. Stick it into google and explanations will come up.

Nero Claudius Cfsar Augustus Germanicus (December 15, 37 ADJune 9, 68 AD) was the fifth and last Roman Emperor of the Julio-Claudian dynasty (5054). In 66, though Nero doted on Poppaea, he reportedly kicked her to death while she was pregnant and ill, because she complained that he came home late from the races. The Senate deposed Nero, who committed suicide on June 9, 68. It is said that he uttered these last words before stabbing himself in the neck: "Qualis artifex pereo; What an artist dies in me!"
