I like both of them. Liked Urban in everything he was in, LOTR, the old Hercules show, and I thought he was pretty good in The Bourne Supremacy also. Quinto is an awsome villian in Heroes, and was good as Spock, so I would pick him. Just because he is a kick ass villian.
Hm, I love both of them, but I'd probably go with Zachary Quinto. I might be a little biased right now since I'm watching last night's episode of Heroes though.

Karl Urban. His performance of Eomer was awesome, and it easily makes up for the garbage that was Chronicles of Riddick. Plus his McCoy in Star Trek was hilarious and spot on.
I never heard of or know nothing about Karl Urban or Zachary Quinto until they were casted for the new Star Trek movie. Well I knew that Zachary Quinto was on Heroes as a villain. Now I love both of them. They did a great job as "Bones" Doctor McCoy and Mr. Spock! Karl Urban truly done a great homage on DeForest Kelley (original McCoy)!
100% Star Trek and Superman fan.

lol yeah urban was hilarious in ST, i find his funniest scenes in the movie were where he was tending to kirk after the virus or w/e he gave him and until the last second before he warned pike of the trap, lol and another is when during the test scene where kirk like was all calm and cool and mccoy is like well shouldn't we like fire back or w/e? haha, classic
