Ok, when I heard they had a full cast set up for the Dead or Alive movie, I was all like "oh awesome, let's see who's in it." Then I took a look and I was all like "wait a minute, who are these people?" I figured the girl who played the main role, Kasume, would be someone I had heard of. Instead it was some girl named Devon Aoki. I was like, "oh great, this is just gonna be some Lucy Liu lookalike isn't it? eh, oh well, looks like DOA has disappointed me." Then I looked up Devon's profile on IMDB.com and I saw this pic posted up on the front page:

When I saw that I was all like "oh my f***ing god". Honestly, I'm lookin at this girl and not only does she look exactly like Kasumi, but I may have also just found the #1 ultimately, undeniably hottest, and most beautiful woman in the history of cinema.

Look at that picture, and honestly tell me if you've ever seen a girl hotter or cuter than that.

Devon des not look anything at all like kasumi. She's not even japanese. And Kasumi doesn't have freckles or black hair. Kasumi is trained to be a deadly ninja and devon looks like an anemic prostitute. Jaime pressely also is too scrawny and trashy for tina's part. and wtf is eric roberts doing in this film... Eric, your carrier ended when Best of the Best 2 Began.

Don't get to broken up about the fact that the girls in this movie don't look exactly like the characters that they're playing. While Jamie Presley and Devon Akoi aren't exactly the best actoresses out there, I'd take them over some plastic chested model who hasn't acted in anything at all before.

I don't really mind that they cast her. She doesn't look anything like the character, but as long as this movie doesn't suck, then I'll be happy.

They call 'em fingers, but I've never seen 'em fing.....................

Sorry, I dont mean to insult MK. See, if you were any other kind of fan I probably wouldn't give a crap what you think, but I have great respect for Mortal Kombat and it's fans.
