I was VERY VERY fortunete to get a very special preview screening of Shaun of the Dead tonight. It was the kind of showing where 80% of the press is there and the rest is public. So i got to see this film a week early!

I was excited to see this film ever since i saw the trailer when it came out in the UK and couldent wait for it to come to the U.S. So today i got to see it early with my special connections.

Anyway the film was funny. Very fuuny. But it wasent just comedy, the film was suprisingly balanced between Horror and comedy. It was great. The first moved a little slow and the humour was light and sudden, but then it really got into the film and the funny parts were hilarious. The characters in the film really bring out the comedy. On the horror side you get the occasional jumps as sudden things happen. The funny thing was the girls screamed everytime something popped out, it was great. But the film was really good at keeping a good flow of comedy and suprisingly good horror. The Horror aspect in this film wasent cheesy dispite its silly side.

In summeration this film was great. I dident luagh as much as say Napolean Dynamite, but it was still great becasue it was a perfect mix of comedy and horror. But if you dont like English humour at all, you might only get/like half of the comedy. But if you like comedy and horror films, this is a must see!

It comes out next week! I insist everyone see it! Yeah boy!

Indeed it tis an awesome film. And next time you are down the pub, freshly dumped and with hordes of flesh eating zombies hammering on the door just remember it's not the end of the world.
