David Morrissey To Play Male Lead

January 7, 2005 — Variety reports that David Morrissey (Derailed) has landed the lead male role opposite Sharon Stone in Basic Instinct 2. Michael Caton-Jones will direct the film with shooting expected to begin in March in London.
