September 26, 2005 — The unrated director's cut of Land of the Dead will be released on DVD on October 18th, so the Zombie Army now begins its Fall Offensive.

The unrated director's cut of Land of the Dead has a ton of terrifying extras, including deleted scenes of additional zombie carnage, and featurettes that will give zombie fans insight into George Romero's unique, apocalyptic vision.
