Evan Almighty “Into every life...” — matacron [More reviews by this user] Anticipation Level: How excited (or not) I am to see this movie... It was a great family/date movie. Movie Review: My thoughts on this movie... For a film that could have been worse, Evan Almighty is a refreshing view of the Noah's Ark story with convincing acting all around. Morgan Freeman reprises his role as God with a flair that will have audiences in fits of comedic bliss as he draws one exhasperated reaction after another from Steve Carell in ways no less charming than he did with Jim Carrey.
