But some actor's I would like to see in this movie would be Colin Farrel from Tigerland and American Outlaws, Matt Damon, James Caviziel from Frequency and Angel Eyes, Gene Hackman, Robert Redford, Billy Bob Thorton, John Cusack, and some actors from that HBO series Band of Brothers, and Matthew Mccounahey, and Jon Bon Jovi, and Scott Glenn, as well as Chris O'Donnell, oh and Guy Pearce too. I know these are alot of Names but when I think back to some of the people that were involved in this Battle I can see alot of these actors playing them. I'd love to see Robert Patrick get a part in this movie. Since I'm not sure how close the movie will stick to historical fact, I'm not sure which character would be most fitting, but the man looks and sounds like he belongs in a good gritty action period piece. He's played Texans before, and along with Randy Travis, he's the only one who got good reviews for Texas Rangers. This kind of movie does not need pretty boys or actors who typically play soft romantic leads. This movie needs actors with lines on their faces, commanding voices, guys who look like they're not afraid to get their hands dirty and guys who can play decent heroic meat and potatoes men with conviction. I think casting will be crucial in this movie. This is not a movie for a Tom Cruise or a Matt Damon or a Jude Law or a John Travolta type. I hope they choose all of the cast wisely.
