In my childhood i was obsessed with the movie, Posiedon Adventures. I'm hoping since it will be remade that it will be more so like the Titanic. I would rather see a beatiful ship with lovely mordern day people be tramatized and show lots of affection, fear, tragidy, opposed to a film where it's purpose is for the audience to get aroused by the cast dieing of bloody gruesome deaths. It would be a pity if the movie turned out to be something meant to please gore loving fans, not only would that ruin the movie, it will give a bad name to its original. I'm almost positive the movie wont turn out to be like that. I also predict that the movie will be nothing like its orginal, most likely a diferent boat set X amount years later or another cruise liner that was hit by the tidal wave.
Futhermore, i really hope the movie isn't fully predictable. Example, Kurt Russel leading the group of people and surviving. This will definately be interesting to see how they put the charectors together and their survival. It will be pleasent if the movie runs smoothly and is tradigy and Kurt Russel is the main suriving leader of the cast.
