Liquid Snake-(one person can play him and that is) Sean Bean
Otacon-Alan Cumming(that dude who played boris in that bond movie Goldeneye)
Revolver Ocelot-Kris Kristofferson
Vulcan Raven-Vin Diesel or Vinny Jones( He is kind of scrawny but looks a lot like him)
Sniper wolf-Jessica alba(Hottie)
Meryl-Mila Jovovich
Colonel cambell-rutger hauer
Donald anderson-Morgan Freeman
Kenneth baker-patrick stewart
Decoy octopus-I dont know i never seen the bastard
Psycho mantis-Voice-Ian Mcdiarmid (actor) anyone super thin

that cast is terrible!
kiefer sutherland as snake? horrible
alan cumming as otacon? insane
the only casting choice i can argee with you on is revolver ocelot
