Actually when we are talking about cloning, predominent does in fact mean identical. Whe you talk about Parents DNA, as in plural, we have an entirely different case. With natural creation we have a mix of both parents but certain genes are more dominent then others, like brown eyes, you are more likely to get brown eyes if one parent has brown eyes. This is because in order to have blue eyes you have to have two genes for blue eyes but if one is brown it the baby will have brown eyes.

Parents both give two genes in this case for eye colour. So the combination that the baby can recieve from a blue eyed parent and a brown eye parent is limited. In order to have blue eyes you need two blue eyed genes, so the one parent is only giving blue eyed genes, but the other parent with brown eyes can have a blue eyed gene and a brown eyed gene. The genes the baby can get are as followed:

If one parent has two brown eye genes:

Brown/blue

100% chance of getting brown eyes

If one parent has one brown one blue:

brown/brown
brown/blue
blue/blue
blue/blue

50% chance of getting blue eyes

If both parents are brown eyed but carry blue gene:

Brown/Brown
Brown/blue
Brown/blue
blue/blue

25% chance of getting blue eyes.

This is the same case with other genes. We are the result of predominent genes. thats what the 'pre' is there for, the already have an order of dominence.

In the case of a clone there is one set of genes. As seen with the "Copy Cat", the clone of a cat. There are changes in hair colour, this is due to enviroment. Proving that we are not developed only by genes. This is the reason why there are different clones of Big Boss that look different, they were developed differently.

The fact is they all look like Big Boss. If Big Boss is white then they they will be white.

The technicality you are talking about is the birth place. Solid Snake could have been born in Japan but he has the American roots.

How about this. Try quoting your source from the game to help prove your argument that he is Japanese American. Personally, I love the games. However, I don't exactly recall this part that you are refering to after he defeats Vulcan Raven. Please, for our sakes, do this and stop being so childish. So what?
