Henry Winkler will play Adam Sandler's father in Sony/Revolution's Click, now in production. The film is the actor's third Sandler comedy, after The Waterboy and Little Nicky.
Click, directed by Frank Coraci, concerns a workaholic architect who finds a universal remote that allows him to fast-forward and rewind to different parts of his life. Complications arise when the remote starts to overrule his choices.
Winkler will be seen opposite Stockard Channing in CBS medical drama Out of Practice, premiering this fall.
