"Malcolm in the Middle" star Cameron Monaghan - he's Chad on the hit FOX sitcom - has snagged a plum role in Adam Sandler's next flick, "Click".
The 12-year-old will play Sandler's annoying next door neighbour Kevin O'Doyle in the comedy, which centres on a workaholic architect who finds a universal remote that allows him to fast-forward and rewind to different parts of his life. Complications arise when the remote starts to overrule his choices.
Also recently signing up for support roles in the film are Henry 'The Fonz' Winkler, Julie 'The Simpsons' Kavner and Jake Hoffman from "The Undeclared".
