| Ewan McGregor signs on to "Valiant" |
SUBMITTED BY Timbo December 3, 2003 — Ewan McGregor is set to voice the lead character in the animated film "Valiant". The comedy tells the story a lowly wood pigeon who overcomes his small size to become a hero in Great Britain's Royal Air Force Homing Pigeon Service during World War II. The RHPS advanced the Allied cause by flying vital messages about enemy movements across the English Channel, while evading brutal attacks by the enemy's Falcon brigade. Others lending their voices to the film, expected to be completed in December 2004, include Ben Kingsley, Jim Broadbent, Rupert Everett and John Hurt, Vanguard Animation CG said Monday.
